Tireless attention to detail means Manhattan has its own unique Ingredients Room packed with an unusual collection of ingredients, recipes from yesteryear and fine artisanal spirits to inspire the bartending team, as well as over 100 American oak barrels in its in-house Rickhouse. Thanks to this dedication, guests can indulge in single-cask cocktails and other tipples that benefit from specially finished spirits and aged bitters crafted exclusively by the Manhattan team.
In the quest for excellence, nothing is too much trouble, from the collection of over 200 bottles of American whiskies, to the custom cocktail glasses hand-crafted by one of the worlds oldest glass factories. Even the ice is hand-cut and high density.
A long-time Manhattan favourite is its solera-aged Negroni, aged and blended by the team for a dazzling drink that sets the bar unimaginably high. Also hugely popular for celebrations is the outstanding trolley service, elevating the classic Manhattan cocktail to a tableside Flowing Punch Bowl ideal for groups living it up together.
