Under the guidance of executive sous chef Arief Budiman, the latest offerings at the restaurant satisfy every palate.
The new menu at the restaurant broadens the culinary journey for everyone, offering an array of choices, from a modern take on classic Indonesian dishes to western cuisine that will delight the taste buds. Each meal features the freshest ingredients that are delivered daily from local suppliers to the restaurant.
With an emphasis on freshness, the restaurant's interactive dining experience allows guests to see first-hand the preparation of the food through its open kitchen and marketplace ambience. Guests are also invited to try their hand at cooking with the guidance of the culinary team.
Showcasing the artistic menu, start the culinary journey with Sriracha Crispy Prawn. The lightly battered prawn is deep fried to add extra crunchiness and served along with freshly made avocado salad with yuzu mayonnaise. Looking for something to share? The poke bowl sashimi salad is big enough for two.
For mains, the seafood paella has just recently been added to the menu as a signature dish. Freshly made to order, the paella is cooked to perfection with saffron and topped with red snapper, scallop, river prawn and squid. For carnivores, the braised short ribs is served with mashed potato, spinach, green beans, sun-dried cherry tomato and chipotle sauce.
Taking advantage of its prime location by the beach, a seafood barbecue dinner is also available every day from 6.30pm to 10pm. Choose a wide selection of freshly caught seafood from fish, prawns, baby octopus, squid, lobster and much more. This barbecue package also comes with unlimited appetisers and salads from the buffet bar.
