Oliver's passion for good food and gastronomic inspiration, as well as his long experience in Michelin starred restaurants, including The Waterside Inn and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, has resulted in a menu of real food at its seasonal peak inspired by southern Europe, the Levant and North Africa. The restaurant's colourful, flavourful dishes bring together crisp vegetables, nutritious legumes and grains to perfectly complement the freshest seafood and dazzling grilled meats.
Highly recommended are starters like baked Greek feta with Attiki honey and almonds or Hokkaido scallop crudo. On the mains, find temptations like Iberico pork secreto, Atlantic cod with spring vegetable broth and stuffed Palermo peppers. While on the dessert front, the apple tarte tatin is the stand-out dish, based on Oliver's grandmother's recipe, which he has been making since childhood. A selection of artisanal cheeses served with fig jam and roasted walnut and raisin bread is a fitting close to an exceptional meal.
