Widely recognised as Causeway Bay's top dining and leisure destination, Hong Kong's iconic

Tower 535 offers a diverse collection of innovative and inspiring food and beverage outlets alongside a myriad shopping and entertainment facilities.

With cosmopolitan appeal, its most recent culinary addition is Sensu by Gosango. A comfortable bar and restaurant, Sensu has a small but enticing all-day dining menu, afternoon high tea and a delightful evening tapas-style selection that can

be enjoyed with its range of seasonally inspired mocktails, cocktails, craft beers, floral and fruit teas, and premium boutique sake.

In common with all of the restaurants under the Gosango umbrella, Sensu serves kuroge wagyu, arguably Japan's finest wagyu beef, sourced from Hiyama, the country's oldest and most esteemed supplier. The rich flavour of this magnificent beef is on full display with the wagyu tataki, a lightly seared fillet of kuroge wagyu prepared and presented in the traditional Japanese way. From the mains, choose the house-made fettuccine wagyu bolognese, or the signature Hiyama A5 wagyu burger, served with a bucket of fries and a tomato salsa. The menu also includes a range of non-beef house-made pasta dishes, like spaghetti with Manila clams and the zingy cold cappellini with crab meat set atop chicken consommé and finished with a garnish of tiny Sakura shrimps.

From 2.30pm, it's time for the attractively presented deluxe afternoon tea to make its entrance. Meticulously arranged on a dark slate slab, the tea features an enticing selection of sweet and savoury nibbles

with crispy crab meat Monaka, shrimp toast, Hiyama wagyu beef croquette, tiramisu, lemon tart, green tea and jasmine tea ice cream, praline éclair, and vanilla and orange-flavoured scones served with whipped cream and blueberry jam.

In the late afternoon and into the evening, Tower 535 is a magnet for after-work relaxation and leisure, and this is when Sensu introduces its snack combo menu. Don't be put off by its fast-food style tag. The snack combo features a signature mocktail served with Japanese style crispy deep-fried tofu, salted seaweed salad, sea urchin potato salad, Sakura shrimp cake, deep-fried crunchy eel bones, Hiyama wagyu sushi, wagyu boneless short ribs skewer, wagyu mini burger and wagyu beef with gooey Gruyère cheese spring roll.

As part of an extensive drinks menu, the picture-perfect mocktails are inspired by the seasons. From spring, the pear, jasmine, lime, green tea and fresh lemon is wistful and uplifting, whilst from the cold of winter, the spicy concoction of apple, ginger, tomato, passion fruit, Oolong tea and a hint of rosemary is warm and sincere.

For something more potent, try the delicate sake-based cocktails like , a visually dramatic concoction with blue flower syrup, Kyoho grapes and mint, or , a creamy blend of Matsumoto sake, gin, Oolong tea, creamy cheese foam, salt and shaved truffle.
