Boasting perhaps the best 360-degree panoramic view from any bar in the city, La Vue Rooftop Bar is situated on the 9th floor of The Hermitage and is not only a great chillout space but also a trendy venue for group events or celebrations.

Open from 11am, La Vue serves up a delightful range of delicious savoury light bites, like the Wagyu Beefburger and the Wagyu Katsu Sando – comprising premium wagyu beef seasoned with teriyaki in toasted bread, whilst local favourite Nasi Goreng Babi Sambal Matah is a real crowd-pleaser.

For those with a sweet tooth, there are select offerings like the gorgeous grilled milk and egg-soaked fried Brioche served with caramelized banana and berries, topped with a quenelle of chocolate mousse. The sunset crowd can enjoy the Hermitage Platter, with crispy calamari, chicken wings, spring roll, panzerotti and truffle fries.

As the sunset vibe gives way to the romance of the city lights, La Vue’s bartenders continue to mix up a range of classic and signature cocktails created to be indulgent, like the La Vue Cosmopolitan, or refreshing like the Lychee Tea.
