Helmed by Executive Chef Takashi Tomie you can find authentic Japanese dishes such as a sushi selection to a variety of yakitori. However, look further and discover a playful and modern take of the region's classics.

The regulars' favourite is the foie gras chawanmushi. The classic steamed egg custard is enhanced with an indulgent piece of duck liver, tied together with teriyaki sauce, resulting in an amazing fusion dish to remember.
