Whole Catch-of-the-Day in salt crust and oven-roasted whole lamb leg with garlic and thyme will be among the culinary highlights at the renowned live carving station. There's also an Asian section with a variety of delectable Indonesian and Thai dishes; an Indian section with must-try lamb curry and chicken tandoori; a western section with a variety of world-class gourmet treats; and a healthy Japanese section with a selection of fresh, premium-grade sushi and sashimi.
