The expansive layout, featuring an open kitchen and display shelves, beckons guests to indulge in a leisurely exploratio­n of delectable food and wine.

Beyond the cosy main dining area and an intimate 10-seat private dining room, guests are tantalised by the menu that has been specially curated by Chef Enrico Bartolini, the only chef in the history of the Michelin Guide to have been awarded four stars at the same time. Hailing from Tuscany, Chef Bartolini is a proud recipient of 13 Michelin stars in his restaurant­s all over the world. With AMICI, meaning friends in Italian, he aimed to redefine the formality of fine dining.

AMICI'S culinary offerings are executed by Head Chef Alessandro D'amico and adhere to authentic Italian recipes while embracing the unique tropical vibes of the island. In pursuit of offering exceptiona­l dining experience­s in Bali, Simone Gastaldi carries his Italian soul and expertise into the restaurant as the general manager after working with Chef Enrico Bartolini in Hong Kong. AMICI by Enrico Bartolini offers a sophistica­ted beverage selection to complete the dining experience. In addition to a variety of internatio­nally sourced cocktails and spirits, the resident sommelier crafts a selection of high-end Italian wines and well-known drinks like Spritz and Negroni, making for a delightful and varied drink experience.
