Luxury comes in many forms and standards. To many people, luxury means living in a mansion, owning branded products and having precious artworks.
Yet, to some, especially those who have possessed such expensive and precious things, their definition of luxury shifts. Some seek more spiritual destination as an alternative to material luxury, such as building an intimate relationship with God, spending more quality time with their family members, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle by doing non-work related activities.
All in all, there is one common criterion that also defines luxury, which is “rarity”. The more difficult to get, the rarer a product or a service is. In the eyes of many, such rarity is considered exclusive.
