The second id dinner with Fidurhone and The Swiss Village in Surabaya was well attended by 17 guests from various business backgrounds. Selim Chanderli and Indira C. Tasan who moved from Switzerland to Indonesia in 2013 explained how their company can assist both countries’ potentials in managing assets. The table setting, by Jasmine Florist, boasted Swiss “glacier” concept with red rose as part of the decoration, playing a combination of white, silver and fresh flower as the center piece. The sumptuous menu includes Australian tenderloin, salmon fillet lemon butter, as well as tiramisu as the dessert. Taking place at Resto Nine, a cozy place to hang out in the city with its cigar lounge and jazz club. After dinner, some of the guests enjoying the rest of the evening with live music at Max Jazz club located on the upper floor.
