Thanks­giv­ing is time to em­brace a fes­tive mo­ment with the fam­ily and loved ones. This year, The Ritz - Carl­ton Jakarta, Pa­cific Place fam­ily in­vites you to a time­less hol­i­day tra­di­tion for Thanks­giv­ing Sun­day brunch on Novem­ber 25, 2018 at PASOLA Restau­rant.

PASOLA will present a clas­sic Thanks­giv­ing buf­fet menu in­clud­ing the an­nual favourite of Cider Brined Roasted Turkey with Brioche Stuff­ing, Gi­blet Gravy, Can­died Yam and Cran­berry Sauce, Pret­zel Crumbed Chicken Cut­lets and Clam Chow­der Soup. To con­clude this deca­dent feast, the pas­try team has cu­rated spe­cialty desserts such as Salted Caramel Choco­late Ap­ple Cake, Choco­late Pe­can Pie, Smores Ice Cream Cake and Peach Ri­cotta Al­mond Crum­ble.

To­gether with the Thanks­giv­ing menu on the buf­fet, guests can still en­joy the gor­geous spread of in­ter­na­tional favourites and the tasty In­done­sian cui­sine that PASOLA reg­u­larly of­fers.

Prices are Rp 428,000++ per per­son with free-flow of iced flavoured tea, juices and home­made lemon­ade, Rp 788,000++ per per­son for the al­co­holic bev­er­age pack­age, and Rp 188,000++ per child.
