Go to Teratai with family on Sundays is a must-do affair (try its mouth-watering list of dim sum specially prepared by Chef Low Kun Chor). The all-you-can-eat dim sum is available only on Sundays and public holidays. A reservation in advance is recommended. Cantonese Dim Sum Goose Liver served with Malang Apple, Pak Choy and Honey Glaze, or served with Scallops Combo, Pineapple, Asparagus and Teriyaki Sauce.
