Cuca is a min­i­mal­ist res­tau­rant set among co­conut groves and green­ery close to the beach in Jim­baran, next to the Kayu­ma­nis re­sort. An unas­sum­ing lane leads to this gem of a res­tau­rant where the chef and his well-trained sup­port team pro­duce gas­tro­nomic won­ders daily in a beau­ti­ful set up and taste­ful at­mos­phere.

Although the re­viewer tried the chef's tast­ing menu, it seems a bet­ter idea to make up your own tast­ing menu—from choices on the a la carte menu. Smoked But­ter­fish. Crispy Fried Chicken served with wild honey, coun­try coleslaw, sesame dust, and Asian basil. BBQ Oc­to­pus with an in­ter­est­ing Asian gaz­pa­cho, fresh ap­ple, caramelised cau­li­flower, and co­rian­der.
