Marco Padang is not your run-off-the-mill Padang restau­rant. It’s a Padang-per­anakan restau­rant in which Chef Marco recre­ates his grand­mother’s trea­sured recipes. Good things come out of this: the food is not as spicy as other Padang restau­rants, the flavours are in­ge­niously de­li­cious, and the re­sult­ing fu­sion dishes are ex­cit­ingly new.
