Making Business a Pleasure

Lush gardens, five-star dining pleasures, gorgeous swimming pool. Sounds like a great resort? It really is at Bumi Surabaya City Resort, where Melani Semuel discovered that business can be a real pleasure.

henever I go to Surabaya there is one thing that I must do: dinner at Night Market – Siti Inggil. Located at the Majapahit Garden of Bumi Surabaya City Resort, Night Market – Siti Inggil offers a unique 3-in-1 concept while you can enjoy a wide variety of food from the resort’s 3 restaurants, Siti Inggil, Kizahashi and Arumanis. Siti Inggil offers a chance to dine under the stars in Majapahit Garden. Its menu features the best of Indonesian, Japanese, Oriental and international cuisines. There are more than 100 dishes that are served on a rotating basis, so regular guests can try something new each time they visit. I have been to the Night Market – Siti Inggil plenty of times, yet I always come back for more. I like everything about it from the relaxed ambience, the unique concept and, most of all, the flavour of the dishes. Majapahit Garden in the evening is a serene venue with lanterns hanging in the trees, casting a romantic glow across everyone and everything. The food is prepared just as vendors hawking their wares
