Sampoerna Academy is a breakthrough school that aims to ignite and transform the learning experience of the next generation of Indonesian leaders. It provides an integrated pathway from kindergarten to university, leveraging local and international partners to deliver proven, innovative, high-quality education programs that highlight STEM, leadership and social responsibility. This national school implements the 2013 national curriculum that is enriched with the Primary Years Programme (PYP) of the International Baccalaureate (IB) for kindergarten and elementary school, and Cambridge Secondary 1 and 2 as well as Cambridge International Examinations (IGCSE and International AS Level) for middle school and high school levels. It uses a holistic approach to education, not only developing academic skills, but also character, leadership, entrepreneurial and other useful life skills. Infused with strong academics and moral character, all students are empowered to lead transformational change in their local, national and global environments.

At Sampoerna Academy, English is the language of instruction. Teachers are recruited locally and internationally with significant and regular professional development. The learning environment is crossdisciplinary and personalised, with a focus on projectbased and blended learning. Sampoerna Academy education familiarises students with mobile computing devices, integrating technology at every level. An online platform, for both students and parents allows parents to discover their child’s progress.
