“WE AIM TO empower women and one of the many things that we can do to achieve that is by supporting breast cancer awareness,” says 28-yearold Guida Arezzi. The co-founder of G+NA, a ready-to-wear clothing line for women, has previously participated in a similar cause, with Yayasan Kanker Payudara Indonesia.
“I’m aware if we do it alone, the impact won’t be massive,” Guida goes on. “By doing it together in a network, we can reach a bigger crowd and educate them about breast cancer. I hope young women out there appreciate the urgency of this topic.” Guida founded G+NA with her childhood friend Nadia Isabella in 2015. They plan to open their first store in 2018. Other than G+NA, Guida has also launched the clothing brand Ava Prologue and the Garezzi Design Studio.
“Being part of Heritage Millennials means I’m surrounded by inspiring peers,” she smiles. “We all share tips about entrepreneurship and potential collaborations. For example, we worked with (vegan cosmetics brand) Esqa for G+NA’s first anniversary last June. It’s all very positive, and I feel honoured to be part of the Lovepink project.”
