Seafood lovers are in for a treat with the new Autumn Menu at the Michelin star-winning
Rech by Alain Ducasse at InterContinental Hong Kong. Inspired by the freshest seasonal fish and ingredients from France and beyond, Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina has created tempting dishes showcasing succulent seafood and autumn vegetables. Highlighted dishes include grey mullet carpaccio with sea urchin, a signature dish of Rech Paris featuring grey mullet from the Atlantic; quick-seared Scottish langoustines with ginger and lime; and warm oysters with Alain Ducasse Champagne and Kristal Kaviali Caviar, the oysters being topped with a gratinated Sabayan.
