Seafood lovers are in for a treat with the new Autumn Menu at the Michelin star-winning

Rech by Alain Ducasse at InterConti­nental Hong Kong. Inspired by the freshest seasonal fish and ingredient­s from France and beyond, Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina has created tempting dishes showcasing succulent seafood and autumn vegetables. Highlighte­d dishes include grey mullet carpaccio with sea urchin, a signature dish of Rech Paris featuring grey mullet from the Atlantic; quick-seared Scottish langoustin­es with ginger and lime; and warm oysters with Alain Ducasse Champagne and Kristal Kaviali Caviar, the oysters being topped with a gratinated Sabayan.
