Gia (62 21 57953300) un­veils its new menu crafted by Ex­ec­u­tive Chef Tom­maso Gon­fi­antini. He uses the finest in­gre­di­ents, some of which are di­rectly im­ported to bring out the true Ital­ian taste. Ap­pe­tis­ers in­clude Po­lenta Con Frit­telle (Rp 75,000) and Crispy Por­to­bello Truf­fle and Cheese (Rp 95,000). There’s a four-cheese pizza con­sist­ing of gor­gonzola, parme­san, moz­zarella and pecorino served with Omega 3 egg, truf­fle oil and pine nuts (Rp 155,000). Pas­tas range from Lin­guine Pic­canti Allo Scoglio Rosé (Rp 165,000) to Crispy Pork Belly Bu­ca­tini Car­bonara (Rp 165,000) and a sim­ple but de­li­cious Ri­ga­toni Ca­cio e Pepe pre­pared in a Grana Padano wheel and brought straight to the ta­ble. There’s Sal­mone Grati­nato (Rp 230,000) for mains and fi­nally, Prof­iteroles Crema e Cioc­co­lato (Rp 85,000) for dessert.
