Gia (62 21 57953300) unveils its new menu crafted by Executive Chef Tommaso Gonfiantini. He uses the finest ingredients, some of which are directly imported to bring out the true Italian taste. Appetisers include Polenta Con Frittelle (Rp 75,000) and Crispy Portobello Truffle and Cheese (Rp 95,000). There’s a four-cheese pizza consisting of gorgonzola, parmesan, mozzarella and pecorino served with Omega 3 egg, truffle oil and pine nuts (Rp 155,000). Pastas range from Linguine Piccanti Allo Scoglio Rosé (Rp 165,000) to Crispy Pork Belly Bucatini Carbonara (Rp 165,000) and a simple but delicious Rigatoni Cacio e Pepe prepared in a Grana Padano wheel and brought straight to the table. There’s Salmone Gratinato (Rp 230,000) for mains and finally, Profiteroles Crema e Cioccolato (Rp 85,000) for dessert.
