A French touch
Paul Indonesia’s ( 62 21 57973464) modern take on classic French dishes takes centre stage in the new menu they launched last December, in conjunction with Paul’s 5th anniversary. Bringing guests the quintessential French specialities and putting a French touch on local classics, the new menu consists of appetisers; Smoked Salmon on Brioche and Beef aburi, followed with Beef Tenderloin rosini and a French specialty, Lobster Thermidor. For dessert, Paul has created an Indonesian dessert with a French twist: layers of crisp puff pastry and es kopyor crème pâttissière.
