Paul Indonesia’s ( 62 21 57973464) modern take on classic French dishes takes centre stage in the new menu they launched last December, in conjunctio­n with Paul’s 5th anniversar­y. Bringing guests the quintessen­tial French specialiti­es and putting a French touch on local classics, the new menu consists of appetisers; Smoked Salmon on Brioche and Beef aburi, followed with Beef Tenderloin rosini and a French specialty, Lobster Thermidor. For dessert, Paul has created an Indonesian dessert with a French twist: layers of crisp puff pastry and es kopyor crème pâttissièr­e.
