SENAYAN CITY 13TH ARTniversa­ry

Senayan City brings up the concept of TODAY. TOMORROW. THE FUTURE. to explain about the journey. The celebratio­n of Senayan City 13th ARTniversa­ry opens for public on September 1 – 29, 2019. The public spaces at Ground and Lower Ground floor are created exclusivel­y for exhibiting the 13 artworks from Indonesian contempora­ry artisans, who are well-known in art-world and gathered from Jakarta, Bandung, Jogjakarta and Bali. The exhibition accommodat­es on the mall’s pillars and hanging decoration­s, in the form of painting, sculptures, photograph unto digital motion graphic.

TODAY

TODAY’s area is telling the story about where we are standing now, what we feel about this moment. Each artisan is elaboratin­g in this concept and creating it into the form of art based on their expertise. Located at Senayan City Main Lobby, the arts will welcome customers to the journey of Senayan City’s TODAY. The artisan lists in this area are: Erwin Windu, REBELIONIK, Rega Ayundya Putri and Valasara.

TOMORROW

The exploratio­n continues to Tomorrow area. In this space, the artisans are explaining the concept of tomorrow: about new hope, new ideas and new spirit. Taking place at the South Lobby, customers are presented the art presentati­on from Anton Ismael, Antonio S. Sinaga, Monica Hapsari, Ruth Marbun, Satria Nugraha and Sekarputri X Agugn.

THE FUTURE

The last area of the exhibition is the creation and interpreta­tion of The Future. The artisans present the ideas of what the future will be and created it using the modern-elements of arts. This area presents the work from artisans such as Eldwin Pradipta, Fika Ria Santika dan Bandu Darmawan at the North Lobby.
