A DROP OF BLUE
The history of Blancpain stretches all the way back to 1735, when the brand was established in Villeret. Unsurprisingly, it has named its most classic collection after this picturesque Swiss village. This year, Blancpain expands the aesthetic expression of this line by introducing touches of blue: Two emblematic red gold timepieces from the Villeret line – the Quantième Complet and the Ultraplate – are now available with dials in midnight blue. Feature wise, the Quantième Complet combines a complete calendar and moon phase indicator while the Ultraplate boasts an impressive four-day power reserve. Both models are then completed with matching alligator leather straps.
