Raffles Singapore’s restoration has seen it roll out some exciting new restaurants. Butcher’s Block (+65 6412 1816) is the latest, helmed by Executive Chef Rémy Lefebvre, who has almost two decades of experience at acclaimed independent restaurants and five-star hotels. The restaurant features a glass cooler aptly named The Vault, displaying fine cuts of meats. It sits next to the open kitchen. Adding to the restaurant’s visual appeal is The Library, an exposed wine cellar housing more than 200 labels. The restaurant offers two eight-seat private dining rooms.
