The hotel is committed to sourcing only wild-caught and sustainably harvested seafood from Indonesia waters, such as skipjack, a medium-sized member of the tuna family. The restaurant partners with Bali Sustainable Seafood, a social enterprise that provides high-quality, sustainably caught seafood. Through its action, Seasalt hopes to help create a sustainable future for one of the world’s favourite fish.
