The hotel is committed to sourcing only wild-caught and sustainabl­y harvested seafood from Indonesia waters, such as skipjack, a medium-sized member of the tuna family. The restaurant partners with Bali Sustainabl­e Seafood, a social enterprise that provides high-quality, sustainabl­y caught seafood. Through its action, Seasalt hopes to help create a sustainabl­e future for one of the world’s favourite fish.
