AFTERNOON TEA WITH TORY

Tory Burch has launched an afternoon tea menu inspired by her spring/summer 2020 collection. Exclusively at Peacock Lounge (+6221 2970 3333) at Fairmont Jakarta, the menu is available until April 10. Curated by Executive Pastry Chef Sapto Wibowo, it offers classics such as home-made scones with clotted cream, jam and lemon curd, fruit tarts and a selection of open sandwiches. Tory Burch’s seasonal colour palette of red, yellow and blue pastels, as well as English garden-inspired floral patterns, is incorporated in pastries like Raspberry Cream Cake, Orange Almond Macaron and Mandarin Opera. Peacock Lounge also offers a selection of 30 teas, from green to herbal and fruit flavours. Key items from the Tory Burch Spring/ Summer Collection are also available in the lounge.
