THE SKY’S THE LIMIT Beauty of the Sea
This year, Omega’s Constellation model embraces the seductive appeal of sparkling blue glass with striking Aventurine dials that recall a star-filled sky. More importantly, not only is each Aventurine dial totally unique in its appearance, but the bold shade also contrasts beautifully with the luxurious case and bracelet materials: stainless steel, 18K Sedna gold, yellow gold or blends of steel and gold. Driven by Master Chronometer calibres (8700/8701), this watch is completed with a round date window, 11 diamond hour markers, Roman or polished numerals and a diamond-set bezel as well as its distinctive claws a mono-rang bracelet.
Through the art of mother-of-pearl marquetry and invisible setting, Breguet depicts Posidonia oceanica – an aquatic plant essential to the sea’s balance – on the new Marine Haute Joaillerie 9509 Poseidonia. Set with 85 baguette-cut diamonds, the dial appears to ripple across the intense iridescence of Tahitian mother-ofpearl, which appears deeply coloured or silvery depending on the light. The setting continues on the bezel, case-band, lugs of the strap and also the clasp of the buckle. Needless to say, through Breguet’s extensive artisanship and expertise, the Marine Haute Joaillerie 9509 Poseidonia is an exquisite reflection of the fascinating natural beauty of the oceans.
