Aperitif (+62 21 9082777) has started accepting dine-in guests as of June 17. In addition to the à la carte menu featuring the restaurant’s most in-demand dishes, Aperitif has also prepared new six- and eight-course degustatio­n menus as well as a new bar menu. New hygiene and social distancing procedures have been put in place. “These past few months have been hard on the team,” says Aperitif Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeek­en. “But we have implemente­d new safety procedures to help put people’s mind at ease and feel we can now safely reopen.”
