A NEW BEGINNING
Aperitif (+62 21 9082777) has started accepting dine-in guests as of June 17. In addition to the à la carte menu featuring the restaurant’s most in-demand dishes, Aperitif has also prepared new six- and eight-course degustation menus as well as a new bar menu. New hygiene and social distancing procedures have been put in place. “These past few months have been hard on the team,” says Aperitif Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken. “But we have implemented new safety procedures to help put people’s mind at ease and feel we can now safely reopen.”
