WEEKENDS ARE FOR BRUNCH

Hotel Indonesia Kempinski has recently welcomed back its Signature Weekend Brunch at the newly revamped Signatures Restaurant (+62 21 2358 3898). Conveniently located at the hotel’s lobby level, the newly refurbished restaurant sports an elegant interior and open-kitchen concept. It features an array of food stations that showcases the best of local and international favourites. Some popular menu items, including Bubur Ayam HI to Nasi Gandul and the newcomer Lamian, are available for you to choose. The Lamian can be accompanied by either chicken or duck broth, along with more than eight condiments and toppings, including chicken mushroom, duck mushroom, bok choy and corn chips. Under new safety regulations, the seating capacity of the venue has been reduced to 150, including two private dining rooms and outdoor seats. Guests are also expected to follow physical distancing rules in some areas of the restaurant. In addition, a protective face mask and gloves are required for the culinary team and bartenders. To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, the chefs will be on standby at every buffet station and fill up your plate properly. Signatures Weekend Brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 12.00 until 15.00.
