After the success of its two establishments in Senopati and Menteng, Gioi expands its culinary venture with On Six by Gioi (+62 813 8886 8322). Located in Plaza Indonesia, on level six like the name suggests, the establishment features an open-space design that exudes warmth and inviting vibes with its wooden furniture and Gioi’s signature blue colour. On Six by Gioi offers pan-Asian fare with Indonesian touches that’s familiar on local palates. Try the restaurant’s rendition of Indonesian street food such as Cireng Keju filled with mozzarella or Tahu Gejrot which comes with a spicy vinaigrette that compliments the chewy tofu. The famous Ayam Bakar Bumbu Rujak is also served at On Six by Gioi. This grilled marinated chicken is glazed with the venue’s own original savoury sauce and served with jasmine rice, along with a side of coconut spiced snaked bean salad and green chillies. Another dish worth mentioning is Gioi’s unique Chicken Risotto that’s inspired by soto ayam.
