When Japanese Meets Thai

No Na Ma (+62 21 571 1577) is a recent addition to Le Méridien Hotel’s food and beverage offerings. The restaurant serves authentic Japanese and traditional Thai cuisine. The restaurant has a traditional Japanese ambiance with four different seating areas; there’s an à la carte area, four tatami rooms, a sushi counter and two private dining rooms that fits 20 guests each. Fresh ingredients are flown in twice a week from Japan to make high-quality Japanese dishes crafted by Executive Chef Tadashi Inose. The restaurant offers an omakase menu that changes daily depending on seasonal items available at the Toyoshu Fish Market. No Na Ma also has more than 80 kinds of premium sake, a collection of gin, soju and other spirits as well as modern classic cocktails at its bar.
