With its Tiffany blue décor, whimsical artwork and jewel-like confectionary display, this boutique sweet shoppe evokes an oh-so-Parisian vibe in the heart of Jakarta. Wrapped in elegance and wonder, the confections at La Patisserie are crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Lorenzo Sollecito, a native of Italy who honed his pastry skills at the Michelin-starred Il Palagio at the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze.
Today, La Patisserie introduces four irresistible new cakes. First is Breakfast at Tiffany’s, inspired by the iconic film starring Audrey Hepburn. The cake pays tribute to incomparable sweetness of fresh strawberries, combined with pistachio ganache, vanilla and champagne mousse, and strawberry compote. The other three are the Early Grey and Raspberry Delight; the Alps Yogurt, Honey and Walnut; and finally the Spring Berries and Chantilly Tart.
