The wait is over: La Patisserie (+6221 22771888) at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta welcomes guests once again with a curation of dainty desserts, freshly brewed coffees and premium teas, served amid a charming ambience. With its Tiffany blue décor, whimsical artwork and jewel-like confection­ary display, this boutique sweet shoppe evokes an oh-so-Parisian vibe in the heart of Jakarta. Wrapped in elegance and wonder, the confection­s at La Patisserie are crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Lorenzo Sollecito, a native of Italy who honed his pastry skills at the Michelin-starred Il Palagio at the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze.

Today, La Patisserie introduces four irresistib­le new cakes. First is Breakfast at Tiffany’s, inspired by the iconic film starring Audrey Hepburn. The cake pays tribute to incomparab­le sweetness of fresh strawberri­es, combined with pistachio ganache, vanilla and champagne mousse, and strawberry compote. The other three are the Early Grey and Raspberry Delight; the Alps Yogurt, Honey and Walnut; and finally the Spring Berries and Chantilly Tart.
