Mozaic Restaurant (+62 8113943288) introduces its Sunday Brunch, a new dining concept created by Chef Owner Chris Salans. The brunch is served every Sunday at Mozaic’s Worksop, a beautiful airconditi­oned space at the far end of the Mozaic garden overlookin­g Ubud’s iconic rice fields. For those who prefer to dine Al Fresco, seating is also available in the spice garden located right outside the Workshop. Priced at IDR 550,000++ per person for the threecours­e set menu, Brunch is cooked by the Chef who hosts each guest personally and serves them a delectable set menu served family style. The menu is composed of three appetizers, three main courses, three side dishes and three desserts. Every menu offers meat, seafood and vegan/vegetarian courses to ensure that every dietary restrictio­n is catered to.
