In a special collaborat­ion with Heinz Indonesia, the Head Chef of FLYNN Dine & Bar (+62 21 57626010), Chef Yulius Novin, has created three new dishes from around the world inspired by Heinz products. These new menu items are concocted based on three variants of the famous sauce, which have recently arrived in Indonesia. The first new dish is the Korean Eel Rice which is inspired by bibimbap, a traditiona­l Korean rice dish, using the Heinz Korean Gourmet Chili (Gochujang). Chef Yulius elevates the dish with eel that is commonly eaten in Korea, and serves it with homemade cucumber kimchi, sprout and nori. Next is Wagyu Meatloaf, which combines Japanese beef with Heinz Tomato Ketchup. This dish is inspired by Chef Yulius’ trip to the United States. At FLYNN, the meatload is served with grilled beans, corn, and pomme purée. Last but not least is Huevos Rancheros, which means “ranch egg” and a traditiona­l dish from Mexico that usually served during breakfast. Chef Yulius was inspired by Heinz Mexican Gourmet Chili (Roasted Jalapeno) to create this dish, which is served with homemade corn tortillas, barbacoa, guacamole, and tomato salsa and eggs.
