ANYA’S NEW ROLE

Things aren’t slowing down for American actress Anna Taylor-Joy as she was recently named Dior’s latest global ambassador. The actress – who has been a fan of the house for some time – will represent the brand’s fashion and make-up lines. Anya will partner with the brand, celebrating the iconic heritage of Dior to showcase the designs and creations of women’s creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri and creative and image director of makeup Peter Philips. The announcement comes as no surprise since, after all, over the course of the past year the young actress has opted for Dior at almost all of her red-carpet appearances. The past year has been rather monumental for Anya, who secured herself nominations—and a few wins—for her role in Netflix’s The Queen’s Gambit and has seen her land serious acting roles that may very well secure future accolades. But of course, her relationship with Dior and Maria Grazia Chiuri is easily her most impressive achievement to date.
