Titled “Basic Instict,” Miu Miu’s spring/summer 2022 campaign features young creatives from various fields. Shot by British photographer Tyrone Lebon, the series of new portraits and videos were made with a real and naturalistic approach, to present a reflection between personality and femininity. Supermodel Hailey Bieber, actors Lee Yoo-Mi, Emma Corrin, Mame Bineta Sane, Ever Anderson and model Alix Bouthors were captured against velvet draperies and various coloured backdrops wearing raw-edged clothing to represent the rebellious soul of Miu Miu. Models were unrehearsed and poses were unprompted to make the campaign feel as real and genuine as possible.
