For 2022, the Parisian house presents two new patented Dior Forever formulas, for two choices of high perfection. The new formula is resistant to heat, humidity, stress and signs of fatigue – it
basically resists everything, even transferring. Forever has been reinvented without losing its second skin and it is as comfortable as skincare as it caresses the skin with a high-coverage perfecting texture. The two new formulas are:
Forever
This matte foundation will unveil a more than perfect complexion that is impeccably matte and ultra-long wear thanks to a new no-transfer technology. To ensure the makeup’s staying power, Dior specially
selected structural agents from its best-performing products for flexibility and transfer-resistance. The new generation of Forever is lastingly smooth and ensures a more even complexion where imperfections are blurred and an incredibly fine skin texture unveiled. Non-comedogenic while also helping protect against UVA, UVB and blue light exposure, the new Dior Forever foundation offers a high-perfection complexion for 24 hours.
Forever Skin Glow
The new Dior Forever Skin Glow ensures a radiance that will last from morning to night, along with a smoother and more even complexion. Following application, imperfections are hidden, and the skin appears well hydrated for 24 hours as well as instantly-plumped with incredibly fine texture. To achieve the intended luminous makeup result, Dior created a skilful balance of luminous oil, hydrating skincare and soft-focus powders that illuminate the face. The Dior Forever Skin Glow foundation is also formulated with protection against UVA, UVB and blue light exposure.
It’s also interesting to note that, through these two new Dior Forever formulas, Dior reasserts its commitment to provide more responsible products. The ingredients have been carefully chosen to guarantee optimal innocuousness and irreproachable
purity for the skin while the makeup performance pushes the limit of perfection. This time, flowers take pride of place at the heart of a clean formula.
With an 86-percent floral skincare base, Forever and Forever Skin Glow are formulated as genuine skincare products. The argument here is that makeup never looks more beautiful than when the skin is well-hydrated, healthy and looking its best. Dior has doubled the concentration of floral extracts, with iris extract at its heart. This particular ingredient is known for relieving inflammation and protecting against UV rays. Other than that, the formula is also enriched with pansy extract that targets key mechanisms that can regulate hydration, along with nasturtium extract to stimulate the formation of a protein that transports oxygen.
Moreover, each foundation is enriched by a custom-selected active ingredient to better suit the needs of different skin types. The Forever matte finish is enriched by a rose hip extract that it helps tighten the appearance of pores for a more refined skin texture. Meanwhile, Forever Skin Glow benefits from a hibiscus acid extract, a fruit acid known to stimulate cellular renewal and thereby help smooth out the skin and provide radiance.
