COLOUR EXPLOSION

As colder, sombre weather dissipates, brighter and cheerful days come. And French maison Dior knows exactly how to welcome the warmer season: bold colours. From hot pink and bright yellow to light blue, neon green, and orange, these in-your-face shades illuminate the house’s Spring/Summer 2022 ready-to-wear collection. Designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri, the pieces in highlight include Bermuda shorts, miniskirts, and boxy jackets with refined lines as a homage to the maison’s former artistic director Marc Bohan’s 1961 “Slim” look. Completing the collection are butterfly-shaped Miss Dior glasses, as well as accessories such as handbags, earrings, shoes, bracelets, and small leather goods, all drenched in flashy eye-catching shades.
