BACK TO THE ’70S
Fendi brought back the glamorous charm of the disco age with its latest spring/ summer campaign. The maison appointed models Rianne Van Rompaey, Anok Yai, Yilan Hua, Barbara Valente, and Vittoria Ceretti to showcase its collection for the season. Photographed by Craig McDean and styled by Melanie Ward, the quintet posed in various ensembles, from sleek white suit sets to flowy dresses in pink, gold, and white – all of which celebrate empowered femininity and the joyful spirit of the seventies. The pieces in this collection were inspired by the sketches drawn by Puerto Rican fashion illustrator Antonio López, reflecting a sense of unapologetic luxury and the illustrator’s liberated sensibility.
