Andaz Bali welcomes diners to celebrate La Dolce Vita at the resort’s Mediterran­ean restaurant, Blue Oven (+62 8158532097­3). From March 24 onwards, Blue Oven invites guests to come and try hearty dishes from the region. Evoking fond memories of Italian summers with an Andaz twist, Osteria at Blue Oven is available from Thursday through Sunday from 12 noon to 9 PM. Diners can enjoy the balance of classic and contempora­ry dishes by Chef Sandhy and his team, and choose from Bitesto Share, Mozzarella Bar, Homemade Past and Oven Dishes. Three choices of sweets are available for diners to conclude the meal, where each one presents a contempora­ry take on a classic: Roasted strawberri­es with Yakult ice cream, Tiramisu with black tea and condensed milk, and Apple pie crostata with mochi ice cream.
