Arguably jakarta’s finest Italian restaurant, which overlooks the city’s skyscrapers from the 20th floor at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, Alto Restaurant and Bar offers its in-house and outside guests the freedom of opting for a late Sunday Brunch. The restaurant has unveiled a new concept with an expansive à la carte menu featuring delightful creations such as the Fluffy Vanilla Pancakes, Toast Francese, Eggs Benedict E Tartufo, Wagyu Burger, and some of the best selections of gourmet cheeses and cold cuts.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to start the Sunday Brunch again,” says Executive

Chef Marco Riva. “After two months of research and carefully developing the new menu, we are ready to serve it to our guests with the promise of an exciting new dining experience that also manages

to retain the essence of what has made Alto so popular.”

Apart from its food selection, as its name suggests, Alto Restaurant and Bar is just as proud of its liquid selection. For the Sunday Brunch, these have also just been revamped to suit the needs and wants of its clients. It now features a Campari Corner, where guests can pick and mix Campari-based cocktails based on the flavours they prefer, while another addition to the liquid selection is the Wine Trolley, which roams about the restaurant while guests indulge in their feasts. Featuring bold reds and classics from across the world, the Four Seasons has curated an indulgent selection of wines to complement the gastronomical feast.

Guests are welcomed to enjoy Alto’s Sunday Brunch every Sunday from 11:30am to 3pm and have the option of indoor seating or dining al fresco on the terrace.
