BENNU SORUMBA

Born as Juanda Hasid Sorumba before choosing the name he’s famous for, Bennu moved from Kendari in Central Java to Jakarta in 2002 to begin a career as an assistant to make-up artists for a soap opera. From there, his career took off to include notable figures in society such as Sofie Navita, Mona Ratuliu, and Elma Theana, not to mention First Lady Iriana Jokowi and her daughter Kahiyang Ayu, Syahrini, Rossa, and Krisdayanti. Bennu is also in much demand as a wedding make-up artist with hislatest clients including Citra Kirana and Irish Bella. He can also be found teaching his skills around the country.
