EVA Air continues to reap awards for service, safety, and quality

Established in 1989 as Taiwan’s first privately owned international airline, EVA Air has been named one of the world’s most excellent airlines by global airline safety and product champion Airlineratings.com. The rating system monitors and evaluates more than 400 airlines and assesses them with a seven-star rating system based on analyses of comfort, innovation, value, and safety across all classes, products, and exceptional services.

The system also examines each airline’s safety rating, fleet age, operating profit, and additional criteria. This leads to a detailed and thorough set of scores pertaining to the top airlines. To be rated among the world’s top 20, the airlines must achieve a seven-star safety rating and demonstrate leadership in innovation for passenger comfort.
