The Embassy of Indonesia to

Thailand collaborated with LIP, or Ladies International Programme, the International Women’s Club of Thailand, and Dharma Wanita Persatuan in holding an inspiring monthly gathering entitled “Getting to Know You” to promote friendship and mutual understanding between women of all nationalities. Held at the residence of the ambassador of Indonesia in Bangkok, the event saw a crowd of honourable dignitaries and upper-society members looking beautiful in their batik. Moreover, the event was packed with interesting activities, including a showcase of beautiful traditional dances, a fashion runway, and a captivating presentation about Indonesia’s traditional food and wedding ceremonies in Yogyakarta.
