Hong-kong based restaurant joins jakarta’s growing foodie Scene
Popularly known for its succulent goose dish and for being a Michelin-starred restaurant for four consecutive years, Kam’s Roast has now opened a branch in Plaza Indonesia in Central Jakarta. Satisfying the cravings for juicy roast duck among connoisseurs and food enthusiasts alike, the opening ceremony was filled with beautiful socialites and distinguished members of Kam Roast’s upper management. To celebrate this joyous occasion, the Pipa Duck, which is a succulent and crispy duck made to resemble the shape of a Chinese musical instrument called the pei pa, was served on the table for cutting followed by sharing in a big feast by all guests.
