Hong-kong based restaurant joins jakarta’s growing foodie Scene

Popularly known for its succulent goose dish and for being a Michelin-starred restaurant for four consecutiv­e years, Kam’s Roast has now opened a branch in Plaza Indonesia in Central Jakarta. Satisfying the cravings for juicy roast duck among connoisseu­rs and food enthusiast­s alike, the opening ceremony was filled with beautiful socialites and distinguis­hed members of Kam Roast’s upper management. To celebrate this joyous occasion, the Pipa Duck, which is a succulent and crispy duck made to resemble the shape of a Chinese musical instrument called the pei pa, was served on the table for cutting followed by sharing in a big feast by all guests.
