Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts announces its first foray into luxury residence in Indonesia.
Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts, one of the top-class hospitality companies in the world, has announced that its most-anticipated residence project is opening on September 1 at the Pondok Indah area in South Jakarta. The first-ever Intercontinental luxury residence in Indonesia is ready to welcome residents into its elegant building located in a growing business district full of luxurious shopping malls and fantastic culinary scenes.
Although the Intercontinental Residences Jakarta Pondok Indah has a separate driveway and entrance, the building has access to the Intercontinental Hotel and Pondok Indah Mall. Furthermore, to complete this high-end way of living in a modern environment, the area also has easy access to high-rise office buildings, familyfriendly entertainments and a world-class golf course to create one-of-a-kind experiences.
Its interior was designed and built by the award-winning designer Hirsch Bedner Associates Singapore to improve the overall quality of life. Beautiful paintings based on the “Journey of Life and Love” by Haryanto Gunawan scattered around the public spaces add vibrancy and freshness to the place.
