Perempuan Jenggala celebrated its secondanniversary celebration by holding a convalescent plasma and blood donation programme at Pondok Indah Golf Course in South Jakarta. Collaborating with the Indonesian Red Cross Society, this event aimed to help replenish supplies due to the increasing demand for blood and plasma donors. All donors got tested on the spot before donating their blood or plasma and listening to a health discussion. Led by the Head of the Central PMI Blood Donation Unit, Linda Lukitasari Waseso, the talk covered the importance of convalescent plasma. At the end of the event, there was also a sharing session from the coronavirus survivors before the host reminded guests to keep the health protocols and distributed mini health kits.
