Amid all the uncertaint­ies, the prolonged Covid-19 pandemic has taken a toll on physical and mental health; many people are suffering from anxiety, depression, and so forth. These weekly mindfulnes­s meditation courses on Zoom by Kindermind Center would help to take a break every Wednesday. Mindfulnes­s is about present moment awareness without judgement, and these sessions draw on the principles of Mindfulnes­sbased Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
