Amid all the uncertainties, the prolonged Covid-19 pandemic has taken a toll on physical and mental health; many people are suffering from anxiety, depression, and so forth. These weekly mindfulness meditation courses on Zoom by Kindermind Center would help to take a break every Wednesday. Mindfulness is about present moment awareness without judgement, and these sessions draw on the principles of Mindfulnessbased Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
