Wareing launches Tredwell’s in London
MARCUS WAREING RESTAURANTS was poised to open its third venue in the capital as we went to press. More casual than the Michelin-starred chef’s other establishments, Tredwell’s is a three-floor, 130-seat space on Upper St Martin’s Lane. Head chef Andrew Ward’s menu showcases British food with global influences, with dishes such as sticky smoked Goosnargh chicken thighs and slow-cooked smoked beef shortrib with baked beans. It’s open from 12pm to 10pm Sundays, until 11pm Mon-Tues, and 12am Wed-Sat.
