Hold your airfare for 72 hours with BA and Iberia

BRITISH AIRWAYS AND IBERIA now allow passengers to hold flight reservations and prices for up to 72 hours, at a cost of £5/ E5 per person for short- and medium-haul flights, and £10/ E10 for longhaul services.

Providing the flights are purchased before the deadline, the hold fee will be refunded. Seats can only be held up to 21 days before departure so customers booking last-minute trips will not be able to use the service.

It is available for flights operated by BA, Iberia, Iberia Express and Air Nostrum, but not BA subsidiary Cityflyer. Certain destinations, including several in India, are not eligible. ba.com, iberia.com
