THE LANESBOROU­GH in London has joined the Oetker Collection, which also owns Le Bristol in Paris. Currently closed for renovation, it will reopen in the spring.

ROTANA is to unveil 12 new properties by the end of 2015 in locations such as Abu Dhabi, Amman, Bahrain, Doha, Istanbul and Riyadh.

DOUBLETREE BY HILTON will open properties in Liverpool, Nottingham and Santiago in the first quarter of 2015.

THE PARK HOTELS, which operates 11 luxury properties in India, was in late November set to launch Zone by the Park, a design-led, more cost-conscious brand, in Coimbatore. STARWOOD has opened the 116room Aloft Liverpool in the Grade II Listed Royal Insurance Building on North John Street. The property has a gym, a grab-and-go food and drink area, a bar, meeting space and free wifi.

BERLIN’S HOTEL ZOO has reopened on the Kurfursten­damm. The historic property, now a Design Hotels member, has 145 rooms and suites, a rooftop terrace and a winter garden. RAFFLES is opening a property in Jakarta on January 1. Located in the commercial hub of Kuningan, it has 173 rooms, a 2,500 sqm ballroom, a spa, tennis courts and a variety of restaurant­s and bars.

FOUR SEASONS has opened a hotel in Moscow. Formerly the Hotel Moskva, the 180-room property is located on Manezhnaya Square, next to Red Square. ACCOR has launched the 115room Ibis Styles London Kensington on Hogarth Road, a three-minute walk from Earls Court Tube station.

JURYS INN LONDON HEATHROW will become a Hilton Garden Inn on December 10. The 364-room property is within walking distance of the Hoppa Bus routes and Hatton Cross Tube station.
